Appointment Policy
All services are accepted by appointment only. A deposit is required to secure your appointment time for ALL extension services and consultations. See deposit policy for more information.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. This allows adequate time to complete your service. In the event that you must reschedule or cancel, give at least 24hrs notice. Failure to arrive on time will result in
appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Arriving over 30 minutes late will result in an automatic appointment cancellation. Failure to do so, will result in a nonrefundable deposit forfeit. You will be allowed to reschedule once only after appropriate notice.
There is zero tolerance for clients who do not show up for appointments without calling.
Deposit Policy
A
deposit is required to secure all extension and consultation appointments. Deposits are due immediately after booking the appointment. Any remaining balance is due on or before service day. Appointments cannot be held without your deposit.
Deposits may be placed
either in person, mail, or via paypal. Payments are accepted in the forms of cash, us postal money order, and credit
card only. Please contact us before any payment is submitted. In
the event that you cannot honor your scheduled appointment, please give
atleast 24 hours notice via phone only. You will be allowed to
reschedule once only after appropriate notice. Failure to adhere to the
aforemetioned guidelines will render a deposit forfeit. Once placed
DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDEABLE.
No call and No show appointments will be required to submit full service amounts before any future appointments. Any deposit paid will serve as the non-refundable cancellation fee.

Advance Booking
When
booking your appointment 2-3 weeks in advance, you have 3 to 4 business days to
have your deposit submitted. If your deposit is not received after 4 business days, your appointment will automatically be removed for rescheduling. You will be able to reschedule once. Once payment is received it is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise the non-refundable deposit serves as the cancellation fee. Phone cancellations are only accepted. Same day cancellations and last minute rescheduling are not acceptable. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in an appointment cancellation. Please allow adequate shipment time for any pre-ordered hair. Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation.
Children
Children are not allowed at our studio, unless getting serviced. Please arrange childcare before your appointment.
