•How much hair should I purchase?
If you are ordering high quality hair I recommend you purchase at least 8oz, purchase 10oz if you favor a more full or longer hairstyle. Please be sure to purchase hair on the weft. If you are purchasing from the Beauty Supply purchase 2 packages. If you have any questions, please ask before you purchase.

How long does my natural hair have to be before weaving?
The natural hair has to be at least 3.5-4 inches to get a weave. Synthetic hair is added to aid against braid slippage.

•How do I prepare my hair before a weave?
Please arrive with your have shampooed and blow dried. Refrain from adding heavy oils or heavy gels. If needed, moisturizer will be provided by stylist. A hair extension preparation service is also available for purchase.

•Do you work with natural hair? Do I need a relaxer?
If you have natural hair I recommend a full head weave. Full head weaves completely hide your natural hair and completely alleviate the stress of blending two textures.
You do not need a relaxer to get a weave.

•How long does the weaving process take?
The weaving process is a intricate and tedious process. Please allow approx 3-4hrs. However, if you are receiving a removal, relaxer,..etc this time frame may be longer.

•What type of braid pattern will be used?
Braid patterns vary from client to client depending on style and other variables. If you have a preference that will be taken into account as well. Synthetic hair is used to prevent braid slippage.

•How long can a weave be worn?
Weaves should not be worn no longer than 3 months. I recommend maintenance during this period.

•Can I wash my weave?
Yes your weave can be shampooed and conditioned. Special care must be taken to ensure proper scalp cleansing and drying to prevent damage to the natural hair. Maintenance services are recommended.

•Are weaves and extensions damaging to my natural hair?
Weaves and extensions are not damaging to the hair when properly applied and removed. In fact weaves have been known to protect the hair and help it grow.

•I have a 10 year old, can she/he get a weave?
We do not recommend weaves for children below the age of 14.
